Refund policy
1. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. To do so, send us at contact@legba.fr the withdrawal form in article 15 of our terms of sale, or any unambiguous statement.
2. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the following cannot be returned:
- live plants, which are liable to deteriorate rapidly;
- foodstuffs (teas, herbal infusions, spirit drinks) whose packaging or seal has been opened after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and health protection;
- seed packets opened after delivery.
3. Return conditions
Return the item complete, in its original packaging if possible, with the seal intact for foodstuffs and seeds. Any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the product may be deducted from the refund (article L221-23).
4. How to return an item
You can send the item back by post, at your own expense, to: SAS Le Jardin Ethnobotanique, 359 route de la Chaux-en-Bresse, 39230 Francheville, France. You can also drop it off at the greenhouse, by appointment. The item must be returned no later than 14 days after you informed us of your decision.
5. Refund
We refund you within 14 days, using the payment method used for the order. The refund may be withheld until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent back (article L221-24). If you withdraw from the whole order, the original delivery costs are refunded based on the standard rate.
6. Defective item or error on our part
In this case, return costs are paid by us. Write to us at contact@legba.fr, with photos. You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity.
