Why these are not arranged rums
Why these are not arranged rums
Arranged rum relies on a long maceration with sugar, which rounds off and masks. Our infusion technique is an entirely different process: a method we developed ourselves and do not disclose. It applies to all six miniatures in the box.

Tasting
Each miniature has its own personality: fruity, spicy, floral or dry. Each recipe is conceived, infused and bottled by hand in our Jura workshop. The format lets you compare the profiles side by side, which a single bottle cannot do.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
What are the six recipes in the box?
The selection varies with each series and with which of our infusions are available at the time. Each box brings together six different profiles: fruity, spicy, floral, dry. Contact us if you would like to know the composition of the current series.
Is 5 cl enough to judge?
Yes, it amounts to about two tasting glasses. The format is designed for discovering several profiles before choosing your 500 ml bottle.
How is it different from the discovery pack?
The discovery pack brings together four 50 ml vials in a wooden box, two at 40% vol and two at 49% vol. Spirale offers six profiles in 5 cl, at 40% vol and 49% vol: more variety, in a black case.
Is it a good gift for someone who doesn't know LEGBA?
It is the ideal format for that. Rather than betting on a single flavour, the person discovers six worlds and finds the one that suits them.
How long do the miniatures keep?
Several years as long as they are unopened and kept away from light. Once opened, enjoy them within the following weeks: with a small volume, contact with air makes itself felt faster than in a large bottle.
