Chant des Sirènes herbal infusion - strawberry and hibiscus

Apple, hibiscus, rosehip, natural flavouring, strawberry (2%), rose petals, vanilla. Loose herbal tea, naturally free of theine (caffeine).

• Amount: 15 to 20 g per litre, or 4 to 5 g for a 250 ml cup
• Temperature: 100 °C
• Infusion time: 10 to 12 minutes

Enjoy it during the day as well as in the evening, hot for a gentle break or iced for a fruity, colourful drink. Strawberry and apple lead, while rose and vanilla soften the finish.

Can I drink it in the evening?
Yes. It contains no tea leaves, so no theine: it can be enjoyed in the evening just as well as during the day.

Is it suitable for children?
Theine-free and naturally fruity, it generally goes down very well with children, lukewarm or iced. As with any plant, ask your doctor for advice if in doubt, especially for very young children.

Why steep it longer than tea?
Dried fruits and flowers release their aromas more slowly than tea leaves. Too short a steep will give a pale, flat cup. And unlike tea, it does not turn bitter if you leave it to steep for a long time.

What is rosehip?
It is the fruit of the dog rose, the wild rose. It brings a tangy note and, together with hibiscus, contributes to the cup's beautiful red colour.
