Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Pink peppercorn in an herbal infusion?
In a very small amount. It does not sting: it brings a slightly woody, fragrant note that keeps the cup from being only sweet. That is what makes it less flat than a plain peach infusion.
Is it sweet?
No sugar is added. The perceived sweetness comes from the fruit itself, from the apple and from the rooibos, which is naturally low in bitterness.
How do I make it iced?
Brew it as usual but slightly stronger, let it cool, then put it in the fridge. It keeps for 48 h chilled and holds up very well to ice cubes without turning bland.
Does it contain theine?
No. Its base is rooibos, a South African plant with no theine, combined with fruit. It can be enjoyed at any time, including in the evening.
