Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Does this tea contain nuts?
Yes, it contains almond. Avoid if you have a tree nut allergy. For a spiced profile without almond, try Âme de Sri Lanka Black Tea.
Isn't a spiced green tea unusual?
Spices are more often paired with black tea, that's true. Here the spices are used lightly so as not to overwhelm the Sencha: cinnamon and clove add warmth without dominating the green base.
When should I drink it during the day?
Ideally in the morning or early afternoon. It contains theine (caffeine), and its comforting profile works well with a pastry or an afternoon snack.
Can it be drunk iced?
It can, but it was designed to be drunk hot: the spices and vanilla come through better when warm. For iced tea, choose Mojito Green Tea.
