Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
How do I make iced green tea with this blend?
Brew it hot as usual, let it cool, then put it in the refrigerator. You can also cold brew it for 6 to 8 hours in the fridge: the cup will be smoother and less bitter.
Does this tea contain theine (caffeine)?
Yes. Its base is a Sencha green tea, so it naturally contains theine. For a theine-free option to drink in the evening, try our fruity herbal teas or our rooibos.
Why not use boiling water?
Above 80 °C, green tea releases too many tannins and turns bitter. Let the water cool for a few minutes after boiling before pouring.
How many cups from one bag?
Allow about 3 g per 250 ml cup. The leaves can be steeped a second time.
