Envoûtement - Hazelnut, walnut and ginger rum, 49% spirit drink

Arranged rum macerates in sugar for weeks: round at first, it stays short on the palate and sometimes becomes cloying. Our infusion technique is an entirely different process. Hazelnut and walnut lay the foundation, honeybush and elderflowers bring notes reminiscent of pear, and ginger lifts the finish. Neat, chilled or over an ice cube.

Yes: hazelnut and walnut, two nuts. It is not suitable for people with a nut allergy.

How should I enjoy it?
Neat to appreciate its length, lightly chilled or over an ice cube. At 49% vol, it is particularly suited to the end of a meal.

Which one should I choose, Envoûtement or Mokavéli?
The two new 49% vol releases complement each other. Envoûtement plays on nuts and pear notes; Mokavéli plays on coffee, with a cappuccino taste.
