Why this is not an arranged rum
Arranged rum macerates in sugar for weeks: round at first, it stays short on the palate and sometimes becomes cloying. Our infusion technique is an entirely different process. We developed it ourselves and do not disclose it. The rum stays in the foreground, the coffee joins it in balance, and the finish lasts. The coffee lays down a roasted depth, the rooibos wraps around it, and the marigold flowers add a discreet floral touch. The whole recalls a cappuccino, while remaining a dry, long spirit. Neat, chilled or over an ice cube.

Is there any milk in it?
No. No dairy products at all: the cappuccino impression comes solely from the pairing of coffee, rooibos and rum.
Is it a coffee liqueur?
No. It is a 49% vol spirit, dry and long on the palate, far removed from a syrupy coffee liqueur.
Can I taste it before buying a bottle?
Yes. It is available as a 50 ml vial at 9 €, which you can choose in the selector above.
How should I enjoy it?
Neat at the end of a meal, instead of coffee or just after it, lightly chilled or over an ice cube.
Which one should I choose, Mokavéli or Envoûtement?
